Well, so far life is fair. No one has died. That is always a good thing. My computer has crashed. Still no sign of AZUMA fixing it or even owning up to the paid warrenty. I give up. I will get the part myself and have my dad go ahead and put it together. Well, we are going to Waco,Tx. The 7th and 8th graders made it to the playoffs and we will leave out on May 15th. I am so excited. GO HEAT!!!!!!! Take care and stay Blessed.

Hello everyone. I know that I haven't been current on my blogging. I have a $1000.00 computer that has crashed on me and since I can't find the receipt, I have to replace the parts myself. Well I am trying to get with some bigger people form this company (ACER) and see what they can do. I just can't see myself purchasing another computer. The part is only $50.00 and I know that it doesn't seem to be alot of money but we purchased warrenty. My husband purchased this computer for me and he also purchased the extended warrenty for 2 years. Purchasing the extend warrenty means after you first year that you are given upon your purchase, you get two more because of the warrenty that YOU have bought. Well, I guess that in the event of loosing a receipt, the sereal numbers don't work either. Yes, I understand this situation is basically my fault. I did lose the receipt, but dang I also would think that they could pull up information with the sereal numbers. OH NO THEY CAN'T so they say and I am trying to be the one to prove that company wrong. I have been battling with the manufactor for weeks and now. I think that I will proove my point pretty soon :). If not I will purchase the part.
